# 2. Purpose

This website (the "Website") provides information about AlkiRentals's guaranteed-rent and full property management services in Valencia, aimed at homeowners and investors, and offers channels to get in touch and request a study of their property. This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website.

# 3. Activity

AlkiRentals leases and professionally manages homes: it agrees a monthly rent with the owner, manages the property and its occupancy, and takes on the day-to-day operations. Figures, ranges and estimates published on the Website (including "The Double Receipt" comparator) are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer: every real proposal comes from an individual study of the property.

# 4. Access to the Website

Access is free of charge and intended for people over 18. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith.

# 5. Intellectual and industrial property

The Website's content — text, photographs, graphics, design, brand, logos and code — belongs to the owner or to authorised third parties and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

# 6. Links to third-party sites

The Website may contain links to third-party pages (for example, other group websites, property portals or social networks). The owner is not responsible for their content or privacy policies; accessing them is the user's responsibility.

# 7. Photographs edited with artificial intelligence

The property photographs published on this Website show real flats that we manage. The home, its layout, its finishes and its furniture are real and have not been generated: what has been edited with artificial intelligence tools on some of the images is the movable decor and the lighting.

Every affected image carries a visible marker next to it, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence and with Spanish consumer protection law. No image is intended to represent a result, a refurbishment or a state of repair other than the real one.

If you would like unedited photographs of any of the homes, just ask and we will send them.

# 8. Limitation of liability

The owner does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Website, nor the absolute accuracy of the figures and descriptions published. It is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Website or from viruses introduced by third parties.

The owner reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to legal developments or changes to the Website. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

# 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
