The studio is 39 m² just for you: no flatmates, no negotiating shared spaces with strangers, your own key and your own pace. It's newly refurbished, brand new, with the open kitchen built into the living-dining area so the space breathes, a private full bathroom, a washing machine and a ceramic hob with full crockery. The living area is real, with a sofa and a Smart TV, and rest is sorted by an XL 150 double bed, the roomiest we fit. We're 100% transparent: the studio is on the ground floor. In practice that means direct access with no stairs, handy when you arrive with the shopping, a suitcase or the dog, and light without suffering the top-floor sun in August; privacy comes from the curtains, which let the light in and keep the street out.

Beyond your door, the building is part of a community with a private inner garden for residents only: the spot to catch the sun, read or take a beer down at sunset without stepping onto the street. It's pet-friendly, so the dog comes in with you, and the ground floor works in your favour for heading out for a walk without waiting for a lift. For parking, there's free parking in the area where there's always a space, and the Trinitat tram is three minutes away, putting the university and the centre within reach.
