The biggest room in the flat, with a really big wardrobe, a double bed and a street view: great for a long stay.

The flat is 93 m² for five people, master's students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 who get on with their own thing with good vibes. It has an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and full crockery, a washing machine, a lift and a private lock on every room, all in a modern, well-kept flat. We're 100% transparent: of the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other works as a backup toilet. With five flatmates that means no queues for the shower and always a free bathroom when you need one.

H4 is the biggest room in the flat, made for anyone arriving in Valencia with a full suitcase. It has real space inside the room, a really big wardrobe to fit a season's clothes and a year's luggage without cramming, a 135 double bed, a window onto the street that leaves it really bright, a renovated space and a desk with sockets at the headboard. It's the ideal base for a long stay: a full-year Erasmus, a year-long master's or a move to a new city where you want room to settle in.

The neighbourhood

Algirós is one of Valencia's up-and-coming neighbourhoods for a young crowd: where young Valencia is starting to live. Between the centre and the City of Arts and Sciences, about 15 minutes on foot, with Plaza Honduras as the hub of the neighbourhood's new food scene, UV Tarongers reachable by bike and the Turia Park to connect with the rest of the city on foot or by bike. Established local life plus specialty cafés and gyms: a mix of the lifelong neighbourhood and a fresh scene.
