Single room in Benimaclet

The flat is 88 m² for four people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 who get on with their own thing (international and master's students are common here, a like-minded crowd with no flatshare drama). It's freshly renovated, with new furniture and no accumulated wear, and its nerve centre is the open kitchen with a dining area: this is where the good-morning coffees and the chats with flatmates happen. There's a ceramic hob and full crockery, a washing machine, a lift and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: the flat has no conventional oven, but it does have the holy Airfryer to survive quick, clean dinners with flying colours. For what most people here actually cook (pasta, stir-fries, the odd pan, the odd pizza) the maths works out the same or better.

H1 is your rest base in the flat, made for sleeping well and really focusing. It has a 135 double bed in a single room, a big window that keeps it bright all day long, an open chest of drawers and a clothes rail backing up the wardrobe, and a desk with sockets at the headboard. We're 100% transparent: the window faces the inner courtyard, not the street. Since the courtyard is wide and no nearby buildings block it, light comes in all day, and in exchange you gain total quiet, even when Benimaclet is in the middle of its Sunday market.
