The flat is 100 m² for five people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 30, an easy-going crowd with the usual international university mix. Space to spare and comforts you actually feel: a living-dining room, a kitchen with a gas stove and full crockery, central heating throughout the whole home for the Valencian winter, a mini storage room to stash suitcases and odds and ends, a lift and, in every room, its own AC and heating split on an individual thermostat. We're 100% transparent: of the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other works as a backup toilet. In practice, the five flatmates have a sensible ratio and nobody queues in the morning to brush their teeth.

H1 is your room with its own thermostat: you set the AC and heating to your liking without negotiating with anyone, which the Valencian summer will thank you for. It's very bright, with an XL single 105 bed (extra width over a standard single), its own wardrobe and a desk with sockets at the headboard. We're 100% transparent: the window faces the inner courtyard. Since it's wide and no nearby buildings block it, light comes in all day, and in exchange you gain total quiet to rest after class at Tarongers or for a long study session.
