The flat is 74 m² for four people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 who've chosen to share with people who get on with their own thing and run a home sensibly, no flatshare drama. The flat has its own living-dining room for life outside the bedroom, an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and full crockery, a washing machine and a private lock on every room. The building adds a lift and a shared rooftop terrace to hang the washing, catch the sun or step out for air without relying on a balcony. We're 100% transparent: it's four flatmates to one bathroom. In practice it works out fine, because class and work schedules keep freeing it up through the day, and the living room and terrace spread out the flat's life so the mornings don't all pile up at the same door.

The only room in the flat that takes on summer by itself. It's the one room with its own AC and heating split inside, with a thermostat just for you and no one to negotiate it with, which you'll be grateful for when Burjassot heats up in August. It also has a private balcony, not shared, with a street view, your spot to get some air or work in the cool, a large window that keeps it really bright all day, a desk with sockets at the headboard and a 135 double bed in a single room. For anyone who spends long hours in their room and wants control over their own temperature, the mix of your own AC, a balcony and light is hard to match in the university area of northern Valencia.
