Single room in El Cabanyal

The flat is 73 m² for four people, all young and heads-down (professionals and digital nomads, 23 to 35), with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a private lock on every room and a rooftop terrace that, in a building of just three or four neighbours, you end up using almost as your own. We're 100% transparent: the building has no lift and the dining area isn't large, but every step pays for itself when you're up on that roof catching the sun or a beer at sunset, and the rest of the time you've got all of El Cabanyal as your extension: the beach five minutes away, the cafés next door and the lifelong bars on the corner.

H1 is the best equipped for living in. It has its own AC and heating on a private thermostat, so you don't rely on the rest of the flat; an individual fridge, microwave and Airfryer to sort breakfasts and quick dinners in your own room; several wardrobes for long stays or big luggage; a desk with sockets at the headboard and a 135 double bed in a single room. All with a huge window onto José Benlliure that keeps it bright all day.
