About this room
Your first base in El Cabanyal: bright, with a window onto Calle José Benlliure.
The flat is 73 m² for four people, all young and heads-down (professionals and digital nomads, 23 to 35), with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a private lock on every room and a rooftop terrace that, in a building of just three or four neighbours, you end up using almost as your own. We're 100% transparent: the building has no lift and the dining area isn't large, but every step pays for itself when you're up on that roof catching the sun or a beer at sunset, and the rest of the time you've got all of El Cabanyal as your extension: the beach five minutes away, the cafés next door and the lifelong bars on the corner.
H3 is for someone who wants El Cabanyal and lives life outside their room. A 90 single bed to rest well, a desk with sockets within reach, its own wardrobe and a big window onto José Benlliure that floods it with light. The ideal base if your plan is to work from a specialty café, shop at the neighbourhood market and head down to the beach at sunset.

The neighbourhood
El Cabanyal is Valencia's most vibrant, bohemian neighbourhood right now: an old fishermen's quarter of low houses with Valencian tilework, its own street market and a food and culture scene that has become a reference point. On Calle José Benlliure itself you've got the historic Bodega Casa Montaña (from 1836) and, nearby, specialty cafés and cultural spaces like the Fábrica de Hielo. And the Mediterranean five minutes away on foot.
Your new routine looks like this: a coffee at Tallat before you open the laptop, a midday bite at the Cabanyal market and an afternoon of focused work from home or from a coworking like The HQ. At sunset you head down to the beach for a beer with a sea view, and at night you wrap up with dinner around the neighbourhood. Weekends sort themselves out without a car: brunch, sand and a bit of culture close to home.
