The flat is 73 m² for four people, all young and heads-down (professionals and digital nomads, 23 to 35), with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a private lock on every room and a rooftop terrace that, in a building of just three or four neighbours, you end up using almost as your own. We're 100% transparent: the building has no lift and the dining area isn't large, but every step pays for itself when you're up on that roof catching the sun or a beer at sunset, and the rest of the time you've got all of El Cabanyal as your extension: the beach five minutes away, the cafés next door and the lifelong bars on the corner.

H4 fits the biggest bed in the flat, an XL 150 double: plenty of rest for someone who knows that sleeping well changes everything after a long day. It has an individual fridge, microwave and Airfryer to eat at your own pace in your own room, its own large wardrobe and a desk with sockets at the headboard, all with a window onto José Benlliure that keeps it very bright.
