The flat is 92 m² for five people, professionals aged 25 to 45 who have chosen the real Valencia, not the postcard one. It sits in an old-town building with heritage-protected floors, traditional Valencian architecture and, rare on these streets, a lift. The kitchen has a gas stove and full crockery, there's a washing machine and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: tucked among the old-town alleys, the natural light comes in filtered. In exchange you live with the Mercado Central five minutes away on foot, the Lonja de la Seda around the corner and the real city under your feet.

H2 is the one that catches the most light: it has double windows with a direct street view, so the room gets sun from two points all day long (unusual for where it sits). Inside there's a 135 double bed in a single room, high ceilings of traditional Valencian architecture and a large wardrobe with an extra chest of drawers that sorts your storage without fighting over the shared areas. The desk with sockets at the headboard leaves remote work ready to go. Made for whoever spends hours at home and wants real light while doing it.
