The flat is 98 m² for five people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 with the city ahead of them. What sets it apart tells itself: two shared bathrooms, both with showers (none of the usual shower-less toilet here), and a huge kitchen-diner that's the flat's social heart. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and full crockery, there's a washing machine, a lift and a private lock on every room. 98 well-distributed square metres for five, right in the real centre of Valencia.

H4 is the only room in the flat with its own private balcony, all yours: the spot for morning coffee in the sun, a smoke or stepping out for air between classes. It also has a large window with a direct street view and plenty of light, and a single 90 bed in the classic format. The wardrobe inside is small, but we've added an extra fitted wardrobe right outside the room: everyday clothes inside, seasonal gear and suitcases outside, no clutter. You don't lose capacity, you just split it smartly. A desk with sockets at the headboard rounds off the setup.
