Single room in Extramurs

The flat is 90 m² for five people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 30 who want to be central. It's in the old town of Valencia with AC, a rare combo around here: it has an air-con and heating split, a separate dining area (you don't eat in the kitchen), general wardrobes for storing suitcases and a kitchen with a gas stove and full crockery. Lift, washing machine and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: of the two bathrooms, one has a large walk-in shower and the other works as a backup toilet. In practice, with five people, that means zero queues for the shower and always a free bathroom for everything else.

H5 is the only room in the flat with its own AC and heating split inside the bedroom: a thermostat just for you, no negotiating the temperature with anyone. Something you genuinely appreciate in the Valencian summer. It also sits in a spot away from the other rooms, so you get real privacy, almost a wing of your own. Inside, a 135 double bed in a single room, a desk with sockets at the headboard and its own wardrobe. For intense remote work, odd hours or whoever simply wants their own climate and their own space.
