The flat is 70 m² for four people, young professionals plus the odd master's student aged 20 to 30, an organised, easy-going crowd. The big asset is right at the door: you've got a Mercadona literally below the building, so the daily shop sorts itself out with no transport and no planning. Inside there's an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and full crockery, a separate laundry area (laundry doesn't hang in the kitchen or off the balcony, it has its own spot), a lift and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: the flat's dining area is on the snug side, but life here happens outside, with the supermarket downstairs, the tram about five minutes away and the Turia riverbed a short walk off.

H1 is the most sheltered room in the flat: it's set apart from the other bedrooms, so you get real privacy and less indoor noise. Inside there's an XL single bed (105), wider than the standard single without paying for a double, and a desk with sockets at the headboard for remote work or study. We're 100% transparent: the window faces the inner courtyard, but the courtyard is wide and natural light comes in during the day, and in return the quiet for sleeping or focusing is absolute. The ideal room for odd hours, shifts or long sessions.
