About this room
Your own private balcony in Marxalenes: a big window, a double bed and daylight all day, with a supermarket at the foot of the building.
The flat is 70 m² for four people, young professionals plus the odd master's student aged 20 to 30, an organised, easy-going crowd. The big asset is right at the door: you've got a Mercadona literally below the building, so the daily shop sorts itself out with no transport and no planning. Inside there's an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and full crockery, a separate laundry area (laundry doesn't hang in the kitchen or off the balcony, it has its own spot), a lift and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: the flat's dining area is on the snug side, but life here happens outside, with the supermarket downstairs, the tram about five minutes away and the Turia riverbed a short walk off.
H2 is the room with its own balcony, the only reserved outdoor space in the flat: yours for morning coffee, fresh air between meetings or working outside. It's also very bright, with a big window that keeps natural light coming in all day, and inside there's a 135 double bed in a single room, to rest with room to spare without paying for a couples room, plus a desk with sockets at the headboard. Your own slice of open air in a flat with everything sorted at the door.

The neighbourhood
La Saïdia and Marxalenes are practical neighbourhoods north of the Turia river: residential, well-established, with a real local life. They don't have the noise of the centre or the touristy pose, their value is friction-free daily logistics. Here you've got a Mercadona at the foot of the building, the Reus tram stop a few minutes' walk away (a direct link to UPV, UV-Tarongers, the centre and the beach) and the Turia Park a short walk off to run or clear your head. The Marxalenes market and local shops round out the everyday.
Your new routine looks like this: in the morning you pop down to the Mercadona before sitting down to work from home, you eat in at midday and in the afternoon you head out for a run along the Turia riverbed. At night, a beer on a neighbourhood terrace with a flatmate, and at the weekend you catch the tram to the centre or straight to the Malvarrosa beach from Reus. It's the neighbourhood where you live, not where you do tourism.
