The flat is 80 m² for four professional women aged 25 to 45 who've chosen to live among adults who get on with their own thing. It's a women's community by choice of who you share with, not a label: people who run a home sensibly. The flat has a living-dining room with an AC split for when Valencia heats up, a kitchen with a gas stove and full crockery, a separate laundry area, two shared bathrooms and a private lock on every room. The building adds a lift, a concierge who takes out the bins every week and a balcony onto the big inner courtyard, with light and air and no street noise. There's also the option to rent parking in the building itself.

H1 is the flat's entry base, made for anyone who wants everything sorted without the fuss. It has its own fitted wardrobe plus an open chest of drawers for everyday things, a desk with sockets at the headboard and a single 90 bed. It's on the top floor, with no one above, so natural light comes in all day long. We're 100% transparent: the window faces the inner courtyard between buildings, not the street. In exchange the room stays in total quiet, no traffic or city noise, which for working from home or resting after a long day usually beats any view.
