Single room in Monteolivete

The flat is 73 m² for four young professionals on a third floor in Monteolivete. All four bedrooms open onto the dining room, which doubles as the hallway and the meeting point: it's where you run into people without looking for them. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with an oven, a microwave and a washing machine, and the air conditioning cools the common area. Four of you share one bathroom, and that is why it matters that the bathroom has been fully renovated: a big screened shower and a window of its own. 500 Mb fibre and a private lock on every door. The 90 single bed and the wardrobe sit tight against the wall, without stealing space. It's the room for someone who spends the day with a computer open and goes down to the corner bar at lunchtime.
