The flat is 87 m² for four people, young professionals aged 23 to 35 who get on with their own thing, in a calm, clean and respectful vibe. What sets it apart here is the climate control: the flat has AC and heating centralised throughout the whole home, not a lone split in the living room, so the Valencian summer feels just as manageable in every corner.
