The flat is 95 m² for four people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 30 living an active uni life: the rare thing here is that you walk to UPV Campus Vera and UV Tarongers, not tram all the way there. It has a living-dining room with an AC and heating split for when Valencia heats up, two full shared bathrooms, a kitchen with a ceramic hob, full crockery and a toaster and microwave (the little things you appreciate when you cook between classes), and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: the flat is on the third floor and the building has no lift. But the climb pays off, because 95 metres for four, AC in the living room, two full bathrooms and the faculty within walking distance isn't an easy combination to find in this area.

H2 is the biggest room in the flat: real space to move around, set up your study corner and breathe, the most homey option among the rooms. Plenty of light comes in through a big window with a direct street view that keeps it really bright all day, it has a 135 double bed in a single room, a desk with sockets at the headboard and it's freshly refurbished, with open drawers and a clothes rail. It draws on the shared AC and heating split for the Valencian summer. Made for long degrees, Erasmus or moves with a full suitcase: anyone who spends hours in their room appreciates the square metres.
