The flat is 95 m² for four people, students and young professionals aged 20 to 30 living an active uni life: the rare thing here is that you walk to UPV Campus Vera and UV Tarongers, not tram all the way there. It has a living-dining room with an AC and heating split for when Valencia heats up, two full shared bathrooms, a kitchen with a ceramic hob, full crockery and a toaster and microwave (the little things you appreciate when you cook between classes), and a private lock on every room. We're 100% transparent: the flat is on the third floor and the building has no lift. But the climb pays off, because 95 metres for four, AC in the living room, two full bathrooms and the faculty within walking distance isn't an easy combination to find in this area.

H3 is the flat's entry room: the lowest ticket in the house to live in a freshly refurbished uni flat without giving up what matters. It has an XL 105 single bed (extra width over the standard single, without paying for a double), a desk with sockets at the headboard, an open drawer unit and a clothes rail, and access to the shared AC and heating split. The window faces the inner courtyard, not the street, but good light comes in during the day and, in exchange, you gain total quiet to sleep and focus; for exam season or working from home without interruptions, facing the courtyard is an advantage. Life happens at the faculty, on foot, and in the shared living room with AC.
