Room for a couple in Puerto de Sagunto

The flat is 95 m² for six flatmates, professionals aged 25 to 40 who have swapped the noise of the capital for the coast. The real difference is inside: a shared inner garden-terrace, an open-air spot at home to sunbathe, read or have a beer when you close the laptop. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, full crockery and two fridges (one shared and one in the couple's room, which takes the pressure off everyone else's), there's a washing machine and a private lock on every room. There are two bathrooms: one private in the couple's room and one shared by the four singles. We're 100% transparent: that shared bathroom is for four adults, not six. But the flat is built so it flows: work schedules that free it up during the day, the second fridge that eases the load and a neighbourhood that pulls you out of the house.

H5 is your own space within the shared flat, the only one made for a couple. It's about 15 square metres with a 135 double bed, a full private bathroom so you share with no one and your own fridge inside the room, so the drinks, breakfast and food aren't up for negotiation with the rest. It adds a street-facing window that keeps it very bright, a desk with sockets at the headboard and the whole house behind you: kitchen, washing machine, living room and the inner garden-terrace. It's the balance between the independence of a mini-apartment and the life of a shared flat, with the beach fifteen minutes away and a stable base close to work in the Puerto.
